Re: Ecover vs. Seventh Generation

I LOVE the 7th Gen lavendar scent! I think it smells so nice when I am taking my dipes out of the wash but it really doesn't linger, maybe a faint smell once dried. And it does seem to soften better and it is easier to get than ecover!

Re: Ecover vs. Seventh Generation

I recently purchased Ecover, but maybe when I run out I'll get Sev. Gen. Or maybe I'll get Seventh Gen. too, and have lots of bottles sitting in the laundry room. Sigh.

Re: Ecover vs. Seventh Generation

Thank you for the review as I was wanting to try a softener on my diapers but wasn't sure which one to chose.

Baha I found it today! Decided to check a local health food store, and they have BOTH Ecover and Seventh Gen. But they only have the lavender in 7th Gen, and the Pink capped Ecover...I decided to take a whiff of them both, and they just seem soooooo strong. Baby isn't here for a couple weeks yet, so I didn't purchase any, but I'll probably go with the 7th Gen since it seems it works better, and hopefully the scent wont be bothersome once the dipes are dry

I'm just UBER stoked that I found both in store! Especially since I'm in a relatively small city and therefore get shafted in regards to what we can find locally.
