My dd had this for a while, and it turned out to be a milk sensitivity. I had to cut out all dairy at first, but slowly added things back and it turns out only milk or ice cream are off limits. It took a good 3 weeks with out dairy to get her back to normal. I too was a big milk drinker. JFYI I think rice milk is much better that soy, and a squirt of chocolate syrup makes it even better.

I just read in my what to expect book this morning that it can be a sign of an allergy!
