Re: Chronic Diarrhea - WWYD about dipes?

Agree with PP. Get a sprayer and some fleece liners ( has great liners and they're cheap, free shipping too). For us, liners definitely don't catch everything, but they help a LOT and then I only have to spray the edges of the diaper instead of the while thing. I keep our hanging pail right in the bathroom (that's where everyone else's waste goes so it makes sense to me) and toss the dipe right it. It also makes it easier because I can wash my hands immediately after handling the soiled dipe. My DD just got over the stomach flu and had very icky diarrhea. Between the fleece, the sprayer and sunning them after the wash, the dipes look great and arent even stained!

In with my DH, crunchy, attached Mama to 4. Homeschooling, long term breastfeeding, CD'ing, babywearing, homebirthing. Could I BE anymore addicted to cloth?!

Re: Chronic Diarrhea - WWYD about dipes?

I would get a sprayer. We have way too many blow outs with disposables, and I am often tempted to use them when a baby is sick, but it costs sooo much when they are going through a lot.
