Diaper Swappers

Has anyone else experienced extreme nausea at the end of pregnancy? I'm kind of worried because I haven't had any morning sickness since my first tri, and when I had my last nst they told me if I had nausea to come to l&d. I have been feeling so queasy and out of it since Thursday morning, but havent thrown up at all. I made the mistake of googling my symptoms and am nervous bc some of the symptoms of HELLP are things I'm having. For instance they've had to keep an eye on my liver function bc I got a false positive on my hep c test (it was definitely a false pos, they did the chromosome test r whatever you want to call it 3times), I've been anemic for a few weeks, and my feet have been SO swollen the past few days (and not just when I'm on my feet for a long time). Are these normal end of pregnancy things or should I be worried? I never had any of this at all with ds.

I have been getting nauseous late in pregnancy.. so bad last night I did throw up 2 times..

I should add I would go to toilet thinking I was going to have diarrhea.. felt SICK!!! but ended up throwing up instead. I actually felt like I had to do both at the same time..

I read that diarrhea and throwing up may mean your getting ready for labor. It was one of the emails I get about pregnancy. Went to morning program at my son's school today then off to Walmart to get some more things before baby comes. Contractions here and there but, that's about it. I have a feeling this baby will come right around the due date or after. I have a HE washer and have tried a lot of detergents for diapers. Nothing seemed to work good. Even after stripping I still had stink issues. I have prepped my diapers in All free and Clear as that is what DH got on sale. We shall see if it works. I will probably use Sun and Earth as I can get that at my grocery store. It's a little more money but, I only use it on diapers. I use cheaper free and clear stuff on our clothes. I'm really nervous about breastfeeding. First ds got formula in the hospital (long story) and never really wanted to breasfeed after that. After many days of crying and all that good stuff I gave up. Second ds breastfed well but, wasn't getting enough milk. Lost too much weight and ped put him on formula so he got both until I went back to work three months later. This baby I really want to just breastfeed until maybe one or after. So, I'm really hoping. Anyone that goes into labor today good luck!

Yikes. I just took the kids to the indoor play area at the mall thinking maybe some action would get some labor going- it did NOTHING! I got more cramping and stuff after I cleaned the house yesterday. All that chasing the 2 yo around for nothing, lol. Well, she had a lot of fun, so I guess it was worth it. I am dead tired now though, and I still have to make the girls lunch and do school work with dd1. DH was up coughing for like two hrs last night, which meant I was up, too. Poor guy. I kept telling him to sleep sitting up in his chair, but he was being stubborn. He's working on quitting smoking, so he's coughing up all kinds of stuff at night after he's been laying down. Blegh. So nice not dealing with the smell in the house when he comes in from smoking, though!

Poor baby. She has a stuffy nose and upset tummy. I think the nose is causing the tummy troubles

. I've been keeping her upright b/c of her nose. I have a sore throat w/some drainage

As 4 nausea at end of pg- I puked a couple times due 2 the acid the last few weeks.

I had HELLP with my last pregnancy, and the things they were concerned with were my blood pressure, the results of my urine test and the results of my blood test. I did have a lot of swelling too, but it was summer. Symptom wise I wasn't nauseous, but I did have some vision change issues. They have asked me this time to watch for headaches that won't go away with Tylenol, vision change issues, blood pressures that are high, and I know they also are concerned if you have pain under your ribs. They also noted a sudden weight gain as that can be from retained fluids. If you are concerned, especially if your BP is high, I would definitely call in.

I've had waves of nausea, but nothing alarming. It never hurts to call if you're worried! Those drs are used to dealing with worried preggos
