i went in yesterday to the ER, because of some shoulder/lower back pain. They drew my numbers again....

Jan 7: ~1200
Jan 15: ~ 9500

They also did an ultrasound: saw the sac, but no baby yet

Your numbers look great mama! I had my first ultrasound today (6w exactly I measured) and we saw a small baby & sack, but no heartbeat. Dr. said everthing looked perfect but i still worry like crazy.

Will you get another ultrasound?

I got my first appointment scheduled! January 24th! I should be 5 weeks and 2 days then.

I went to the ER yesterday for an unrelated health problem, and for some reason the doctor ordered an US (I think he wanted to rule out an ectopic pregnancy, or maybe because of my previous m/c)? Anyway, I got to see my baby! Or at least, a cute little 4 weeks sac, in my uterus and not out of it. No heartbeat yet, of course, but my beta numbers are 2400, which made the doctor happy. I had no idea I'd get to see my baby so early!
