Autism/generalized anxiety and cognitive behaviour therapy

How often does your child go? Or how often would be acceptable?

I think it depends a lot on the severity.

I know two parents with kids that go. One goes once a week and the other goes only about once a month to kind of check in and make sure everything is going on track. Sometimes insurance dictates how often a kid goes as much as anything.
