Ugh... What's a good morning sickness remedy?

I've been feeling awful! Help! I've tried pregnancy tea and eating as soon as I get up, but about an hour later I feel absolutely atrocious! What else should I try?

Peppermint has helped me every time this pregnancy. I just break a little piece off a candy cane and the nauseousness instantly goes away.

A few things:
Take your prenatals before bed, with a small amount of yogurt or toast.
Keep some plain, pickled, or candied ginger (your preference) next to the bed, and chew a piece first thing in the morning before you stand up.
Keep some suckers handy - preggo pops, candy canes, even ring pops will work - sucking helps counteract the gag reflex.
Try to keep your blood sugar even throughout the day, eat small meals and have a snack on you at all times - I kept Clif bars in my purse.

Re: Ugh... What's a good morning sickness remedy?

Eat a high protein snack before bed (toast with peanut butter or string cheese)
Eat a few crackers in bed before you get up. Sip on warm (NOT cold) water.
Try peppermint/chamomile or tummy mint tea.
Sniff a lemon peel.
Raw ginger squares, ginger candy, ginger gum or preggie pops.
Don't force yourself to eat anything that doesn't sound good. If that super healthy egg veggie scramble doesn't sound good in the morning don't eat it. If lasagna does, eat that. Forget typical breakfast foods, just eat what sounds good.

Sour LemonHeads candy

Peppermint candy

I popped them as soon as I started feeling yucky... helped a LOT!
