Re: Come Clean!
I deserted my own thread....oops.
What's this about lunch meat? I love turkey and cheddar subs from publix. How many heads will baby have because of it? I didn't want to list to many right away but I have had a couple glasses of wine this pregnancy. I'll have to think of some others.

I've probably taken 10 prenatals in three pregnancies. I just never remember them.
I love pepperoni, salami, and omg is capicolla the best stuff ever!!! I eat the batter of anything I bake. In fact, for my daughter's birthday cake last week, I licked all 7 bowls (mixing bowl + six for each color) and left some extra in the mixing bowl on purpose. Every now and then, I have a regular Coke because I like the flavor. And I've had a few Amp Lightnings. It's carbonated lemonade, folks! Best tasting thing ever. Some brand should carbonate lemonade so that I can get it without the energy stuff In it, because I just like the taste.

Re: Come Clean!
Well honestly with this one I've done LOTS of "bad" things - because I didn't know I was pregnant until I was 10 weeks along - I moved furniture... lots of heavy furniture about 3 weeks before I knew I was pregnant.
I drink Pepsi and coffee... I love my caffeine! I don't restrict how I sleep based on a book - if I'm comfortable I sleep that way... if I'm uncomfortable I don't sleep that way!

Re: Come Clean!
Ooops yeah - prenatals. I was told to take any OTC prenatal... except they made me incredibly constipated so when I called the office they told me to take a daily vitamin that didn't have that much iron... I pretty much stopped taking them after that
AND I drink Emergen-C every day... with my last pregnancy my OB wasn't sure about it so she said no... but I didn't ask with this one... I *NEED* my immune system boost to keep me healthy around all these sickys!

Re: Come Clean!
Wine with dinner, fairly regularly.
![]() My MW actually said that the "no alcohol during pregnancy" really means no getting drunk during pregnancy. A glass of wine with dinner is ok. Granted, my first trimester (and into my second, iirc) I didn't drink anything other than probably water and ate nothing but carbs. I still drink wine while nursing as well.
