NO NO NO NO ....coffee is making me naseuated!!!

What am I going to do??? LOL

I love my coffee. I'm supposed to get my Keurig next month, and NOW coffee is making me nauseated?!?!?! Fate is cruel. LOL

I even ate right before I drank it.. to AVOID this. UGH! If I can't have my coffee... it's going to be a long 8 months!!!

Ok.. thanks for listening to my petty rant.

God bless!

I am just finishing my first trimester and couldn't drink or smell coffee at all without feeling nauseated. And I LOVE coffee and will usually drink 3 or 4 cups a day when I don't limit myself. just starting to be able to tolerate it again in small amounts and sooooo thrilled.

I only felt that way when I was about 5-6 weeks pregnant. By the time I was about 8 weeks I could drink it again. Hope it is that way for you! ( Oh and I gave up coffee for this nursling, the caffeine seemed to bother him and I didn't want to mess with decaf just for me)

Pretty common to be turned off by it in your first trimester. I live for coffee and I couldn't even stomach the smell of it when I was pregnant with my last baby during those first 14wks or so. When the m/s went away I could drink it again though I had no real desire for it truthfully.

Guessing she is based upon her OP:

"If I can't have my coffee... it's going to be a long 8 months!!!"

Re: NO NO NO NO ....coffee is making me naseuated!!!

I felt this way for the first trimester! I actually found it convenient because I was able to break the caffeine addiction easily and then added back half caff when I was wanting it again (like 12-14 weeks). Coffee is one of my favorite things so I totally understand your frustration though.

It was regular with Italian Sweet Cream creamer and a bit of milk.
Drinking Decaf defeats the purpose of morning coffee! LOL

Yep, I am pregnant. Found out Sunday night. It was a total shocker. We were using NFP, and then using condoms when in the "Danger Zone." At first we thought I screwed up somehow. But when I went back and looked at my chart and did the math, I didn't mess up. It was a condom fail. LOL Baby was conceived as a result of New Years Eve fun! Way to end the year with a bang! Right? LOL

Yeah, just the smell of it made me sick to my stomach when preggo with DS1 in my first trimester. I'm hoping it passes. I love my coffee! LOL

I know it's fairly common, it still sucks though. LOL

Yep. Found out Sunday night. I'm almost 5 weeks along if the math is correct.

Yep! And thank you. We were pretty shock. DH was in panicked denial, LOL. But the shock has worn off, God has made some awesome things happen financially, and we're both ok with it now, happy, and getting excited!

God bless!
