One time I was getting SUPER frustrated with an etsy seller. She wasn't very good at communicating with me (and was hand-dying a wool cover), which irritated me a little, but I let it slide. And, she said she shipped it on a certain day, but it took FOREVER to get to my house. I was about to chew her out but then I realized... uh, she's in Canada, and I'm in the US... and shipping is going to take MUCH longer. So glad I didn't message her! EEP!

But yeah, that sort of thing can be irritating when people don't communicate, put things off, etc. I don't mind a shipping delay, but three weeks? ICK!

Did you contact them and ask what is taking so long (assuming you purchased instock items and not pre-orders or customs)?

As an HC shop owner, I'm a bit sad to see a fellow HC shop owner ranting they aren't going to shop on HC anymore because of bad experiences (even if it is a joke...which I'm not sure if you are joking or not...).

I've been shopping HC for 5yrs now, but I've never felt anyone on HC was in a hurry to get my hard earned money. And I've never had shipping on an instock item take longer then expected.

That's really frustrating and upsetting. I'd be pretty ticked off, too. There's no reason for any in stock item to take so long.

I've never had any problems with any sellers from HC. I don't buy a ton online, but I have always had a good experience. I hope it's just an isolated thing.

HC has been a great place to purchase from...I've been selling and buying
since 2006, and have never had a bad experience.
