Do I have enough? What else should I get?

DS1 left the hospital at 7lbs 4oz. He stayed in newborn sized clothes till just before a month, then went into 0-3.
I right now have 21 newborn onsies. 1 newborn romper-shorts. A few 0-6 month gowns, and 6 newborn footie PJs. 15 0-3 onsies, 7 footie pjs in 0-3 months. Is that enough clothes? I also have 11 AIO. OS pockets. Purchasing some prefolds. That should be plenty right.

You have plenty of clothes i think, though you may need more nb/small diapers (dependin on how many prefolds, and what size you are getting and if you have covers)

Have enough newborn diapers for at least 24 diaper changes. You need covers for the prefolds. Not many AIO diapers fit newborns so be prepared for that. They usually don't fit until about 10lbs and can rub on the umbilical cord/stump.

I'd suggest more diapers. That is definitely not enough for a newborn, unless you plan on doing laundry + prepping diapers twice a day. And, probably some newborn size prefolds for before the cord falls off.

I'm getting a dozen newborn prefolds Friday. But plan to have at least 20 prefolds, and want about 26-30 pockets. I really wanna wait till Levi gets here to try on a few kinds before I commit to a whole bunch.

Sunbabys are pocket diapers. If they didn't come with inserts, you'll need inserts or prefolds to put in them. You can only use a pocket diaper+inset/prefold once and then it has to be washed, so you'll need at least 24 pocket diapers and 24 inserts or prefolds unless you plan on washing them every day. 11 is about a day's worth for a newborn. And again, a lot of OS diapers don't really fit newborns, even though they claim to, so be prepared for them to be too big to use at first.

I ordered 2 dozen newborn prefolds, 2 dozen small prefolds, 4 newborn covers, and 2 small covers. I already have some Size 1 Thirsties Duo covers that will work once the newbie is out of the NB size. I don't like using pockets that early because of the laundry involved. Prefolds and covers are much cheaper and faster to wash/dry for that stage.

I'd get more actual clothes, either 1pc rompers (that are not pj's) or some pants/shorts to go with the onsies that look more like shirts.

Yes I actually knew Sunbabys were pockets, and have 2 sets of inserts for each.

The clothes part is what I am most worried about. We hardly go a lot of places but church. All the pants I have were sweat types from DS1 since he was born in the middle of the winter. I need more shorts, and outfits to wear to church.
