You could try putting it in hot water for a while, since it's a small jar. Or I just put mine in the microwave for a little bit.

Thank you for the suggestion. Warming them helped the samples I had with the exception of Apples & Spice. I will try it again tomorrow as well as with my 4 oz jars. Hopefully it works so I can use what I have instead of buying more.

I've had the same issues before. I had one tub of warm vanilla cake that didn't seem to have a scent at ALL. She suggested that I do the microwave, stir, then freeze, then sit it back out and that should help. It did a little but it wasn't as SCENTED as most of the other stuff I get and definetly not as scented as the sample.

We also have the same problems with the chapsticks. My DH and I are in LOVE with the chapsticks but it's just a shot in the wind whether you'll get a super smooth creamy or a gritty hard-to-apply one.
