PUL stink
So I have 2 Flip covers that I've had for 2 years, and for the past year or so used primarily at night time with the flip cotton prefolds (works great btw - totally bulletproof for my 2.5 yr old and 7 mo old). However, one of them now has permanent stink, even after coming out of the wash! It's quite upsetting. I feel like the other one might be close. Is there any way to get this stink out? Or am I stuck? I use RnG and have for about the past 9 months, prior that that I used Free and Clear Ultra Purex. Any ideas?

Re: PUL stink
Bleach! I'd throw some bleach into the wash. That will disinfect and deep clean everything.

Re: PUL stink
Yup, I used to get stinky PUL with rockin green and the only thing that cleared it up was a bit of bleach, and ditching the rockin green. Nothing else really smelled bad, just my PUL.

Re: PUL stink
I do bleach my diapers once a month since I started getting horrible stink, again specifically with the night diapers, in the morning when they were pull of pee. But I usually don't leave the covers in for the bleach because I read bleach was bad for the pul. Is this not true? I would love to try that, but don't want to ruin my covers! And if you don't use RnG what do you use? I switched because the Ultra Purex didn't seem to be cutting it.
