Diaper Swappers

I'm curious how B4s compare, absorbancy wise, to "night time" fitteds like Bugga Bugga Boutique's Serene Slumber or RSD's nighttime fitted (or any other night time fitteds). My B4s are not holding DS2 overnight even with 2 hemp doublers under an interlock soaker. We're in sposies right now overnight, but I still have to change him when he wakes (not the end of the world since it's usually only once, but annoying nonetheless). I'm wondering if he's just peeing too much for me to expect a diaper to hold him all night without changing, or if there might be something out there that would work for us... thanks!
