Re: Pacifier Rash

The only way I know of to clear it up is to take it away more often. DD only takes hers at nap/nighttime, starting at around 4 months or so. MDS was like that too with his paci. It just needs air is all.

Re: Pacifier Rash

its the drooling, DS rarely has a paci, but when he drools a lot (usually from teething) the paci rash can develop quickly, we have some boudreaux baby kisses, its infant & kids lip and cheek moisturizer but it works nicely around the mouth as a protectant from all that drool! I have also rubbed CJs around his chin/cheeks area as a drool barrier too

i bet there are a lot of products that would work as a good moisture barrier, and these two that we have really seem to help, I like the boudreaux a bit better since it is advertised for use on infant lips and cheeks safely

Re: Pacifier Rash

Thanks!! Will get that to try! We clipped his paci to him...so we could have it and not lose it...then they learned to put it in themselves...thought is was great....DS loves his DD not so much...mostly at night and when she is tired.

We use Calendula lotion from Welda, clears it up right away
