We go on our Family Disney World Vacation!!!! I am the only person in my household who has ever been to WDW.... I can't wait, I am so excited! 8 kids in WDW... I am going to need a vacation from my vacation when we get back though!

Congrats! We took our six kids in september, an yes you will need a vacation when you get back..lol

We took our 8 kids to Disney back in Sept for a week! We had a blast and our youngest were 22 months and 6 weeks old at the time. We are looking forward to going back again this year. We wore matching shirts one day and it made it so easy to keep up with everyone. Next time we will all be wearing the same color each day if not all matching shirts. That way it was easy to glance and count quickly.

We had our 22 month old in the stroller and the 6 week old in the Ergo most of the time. DH walked in front, then the other kids and I usually walked in the back constantly counting! LOL!! You will have a blast!!

I'd love to hear any tips when you get back! We are taking our 5 this summer, the baby will just turn 1 right when we go.

I just typed out a huge thing and my computer died
We rented a 4 bed 3 bath Villa 8 miles from Disney in Clermont
http://www.villa-osprey.com/ It was cheaper than the cheapest hotel even after taxes and cleaning fee!
We are planning to do Epcot first. It was my least favorite as a kid, so I figure if we do it first the kids won't know what they are missing yet in MK and AK.

The drive there is what I dread most LOL. 8 kids in a van for 10-12 hours is going to be LOVELY! I will be fit to be tied by the time we get there.

I bought personalized drawstring backpacks for all the kids to carry water and a snack in. I am taking a double stroller and my mei tai.

I bought window crayons for the kids to decorate the van before we leave

We have 5 day tickets, but I am not sure yet if we will use the 5th day. I am thinking just one day in each park and taking a day to relax at the house and swim, play pool, etc.
