Energy

What are some ways you keep your energy up when you are exhausted? I feel like I can barely make it through the day at work.

Protein snacks, like string cheese. And take 5 minutes to do some rejuvenating deep breathing.

Thanks! String cheese seems to be one of the few dairy products I like right now. Perfect!

Re: Energy

I have a peppermint plant growing on my desk. I shred a handful of leaves in my glass of water sometimes. Getting up and walking around the office also seems to help.

Lots of water. Dehydration can make you sleepy.

Re: Energy

Can you nap during your break? When I worked while pregnant with DS1, that really helped me survive the afternoon
