If you have been unloading the truck regularly then there isn't any harm in continuing to do so. If you were dizzy it sounds like you need to make sure and hydrate really well. I don't think this has anything to do with lifting.

I assumed lifting my 40 lb toddler was ok because I do it all the time normaly, but my OB has said nothing over 35 lbs just to be safe... I saw her at 4 weeks 4 days. That was in general and not because of any past issues.

I agree with most of the other posters. If your feeling dizzy take it easy but it shouldn't hurt anything lifting the same stuff you have been lifting before the pregnancy.

I have always been told that by my drs is that it is best to not start something new after being pregnant. While PG with my DS I worked at a pool store and had to unload the trucks by myself until I was 20 weeks that is when I started having issues with the baby belly. Good Luck and take care of yourself. If your getting dizzy drink plenty of water and try to take a break.
