What size birth ball should I get?

I'm 5'5" and got the smaller size and it is working fine for me. I do have really short legs though and if I were any taller I think I'd need the bigger.

I'm 5' 7" and I really liked the larger one although everyone in my class got the smaller one. I always felt a little hunched over on the smaller one. I spent the majority of my labor with DS2 on that thing and I felt like it was a good fit. DS1 loves it now to chase the dogs.

I'm 5'9" and use the larger one. Do you have any way to try one out? You want the size that makes your knees bend at a 90* angle when you sit on it.

This angle is really important for your pelvis! Your legal should make a straight table when you sit on it.

I'm 5'6" and I prefer the bigger one that is meant for like taller than 5'8" or whatever it is. I got the smaller one then went out and got the bigger since I wasn't impressed with how small the other one was. Hope this helps.
