M-Bags have a limit of 66 pounds and I don't think it would be a problem. They are really heavy duty stuff, there's no real danger of them ripping. I'm not sure exactly how they tie them at the top, I would worry more about a package falling out via the top, but each piece inside should be individually addressed.

If the price is close, I would go with Priority Mail, but at certain weights the M-Bag is a good bit cheaper. You'll just have to compare and see what makes sense for your situation.
