Diaper Swappers

Ok so I have knit the straps and the first back section and the front section, now it is to the point of taking the back section off of a holder and attaching it to the front section. It says "take back peice off of holder and knit 11" I don't know why but I am so confused by this! How am I supposed to attach it? Probably a stupid questions but I cannot figure it out!

ETA- I figured it out. My brain just doesnt work apparently

If you have any more questions email the pattern maker. I did when I was knitting my first one and she was nice and helpful
