It's a strange feeling and unfortunately I think it's just forever going to remain numb.
This is me. I'vehad two sections, one 19 months ago and another almost 5 years ago. My scar area is numb when i touch it. It doesn't hurt, but i doubt i will ever get feeling there again

Re: Numbness 5 months after c-section???

I was numb for months and months after my first csection. I had tingling, aches and cramps on and around my incision until I had my second csection. I am not sure if it is possible but I think they might have fixed it??

Re: Numbness 5 months after c-section???

I have had 3 c sections. I am numb to this day! 1998, 2001 and 2008. The one from 2008 actually made the numbness less noticeable for some reason.

I would say its normal due to the nerves as they work to repair themselves...I noticed this the most after my 1st Csection...
