Second VBAC

Just had my second spontaneous unmedicated vbac last week. Another 8lb 5oz girl

Woke up in the morning with some mild contractions, called the MW 8:30-9:00am, headed into the hospital around 10am (was 6cm) and she was born at 1:26pm.

With my third child, 2nd vbac, I was 41 weeks and one day when labor finally 'started'. I actually allowed my ob to check me that morning and I was 4cm, so I figured it would happen soon, especially since getting checked can help trigger labor. He was born early the next morning. Oh, and my first two were at 39 weeks and 38wks 3 days, so I had a hard time waiting. You are much more likely to be successful with a vbac if you wait for labor to happen spontaneously. I know it's hard, but hang in there, you can do it!
