Everyone is so inspiring! I'm 35 weeks pregnant right now and I've gained over 30 pounds this pregnancy so I'm going to have to work hard to get this all off. Looking at your guys progress will definitely help me get motivated.

I am reading The Raw Food Detox Diet. I plan to slowly transition to this way of life. I need to take pics but I probably won't have the courage to post til after I have lost some weight. I am currently 5'1" and 310lbs. My SO is bigger than me and we both have made the agreement that we won't TTC until we are both a healthy weight. I can't wait to get started because we both want another child ASAP!!

Curious what you come up with. We did a 10 day reboot fast http://www.jointhereboot.com/ . It definitely changed things for dh. The diet was for him but I half did it as well. We were both full all the time and after when we started transitioning to "real" food again we were hungry all the time. We're still doing some juices and eating lots of raw veggies. DH lost 14 pounds in a month- 7 during the 10 day fast and 7 in the 2 weeks after. I lost 7 in the same time (it was all I needed/wanted to loose- I'm 5'5" and 126 pounds now). I have been worse and have eaten some fast food since. I need to work on that. I might check into the book. DH wanted to try something like that a few years ago, but wouldn't commit. After the fast though I think he would- my meat and potatoes man has committed to only eating meat twice a week since the fast. Anyway, there is a lot of work involved in raw food- seems odd since nothing is being cooked, but I spent just as long in the kitchen chopping as I ever did cooking stuff.

did a month a year ago, it was great and i lost 12 lbs. loved avocado soup and watermelon gazpacho
