Weight Loss Thread
Thought some of us might want to start thinking about dropping the baby pounds we've gained.. I am not going to do anything too much yet as she's just 11 days old.. Right now I plan to just increase my water intake and avoid junk food. Here's my stats:
I am 5'5" Pre-pg ~167 (had just lost 30# and had 29# more to go!!!) Max at end of pg ~ 202 (total gain 35#) Loss since delivery ~ (16# 1wk past delivery) 186 Short term goal ~ 19lbs - Get to pre-pg weight of 167 Long term goal ~ 48lbs- Get down to 138

I am 5'9"
Pre-pregnancy- 160 lbs Weight at end of Pregnancy- 202 lbs Loss since Delivery- 11 lbs Short term goal- 160 lbs Long term goal- 145 lbs I'll update after baby gets here... I was 138 lbs after my weight loss after having DD, but I didn't drop anything until she was 6 months old. I gained 20 lbs back when I got H. Pylori twice in 6 months I don't think I need to hit 138 again, that was a bit small, but I would be really happy to get back to 145 and a size 8-10.

I agree 138 would be too thin for your height! Not sure what shape you are, but I am an 'apple' and was in a size 10 when I was 167. At 138/140 I am in a 5/6! If I let myself go lower than 130s, I look very sick so upper 130s is the lowest I will go...
Looks like your baby should be arriving any day! Good luck mama for all to go smoothly!

![]() I've got close to an hourglass figure, especially when nursing. Big hips, medium bust and defined waist. It's my hips that throw me into that 8-10! I tend to have 36-38 inches there, even when I was 138.

Height 5'4 End of Preg weight 163 4 days PP 153 Goal-get back to 125 quickly!!!!! But I'm craving some SERIOUS junk food!

Lisa, are you BFing? I am and I also have cravings for junk! If it's in the house, I WILL eat it.. lol so I don't buy it unless it's a single treat while out or something.

Do we want to set a day of the week to weigh in? If you all do, I vote we do it on Friday mornings, because I tend to eat more junk on the weekends so weighing on Monday would likely be depressing! :P

at delivery 252.5 now 19 days post 230 down 22.5 so far goal less then 200! |

I don't think I need to hit 138 again, that was a bit small, but I would be really happy to get back to 145 and a size 8-10.
