Cool Guess what my two year old ate for luch!

A reuben sandwhich!

This is the child that everyone told me "He's never going to eat until you stop nursing him!!"

Well...

This little guy's favorite food ever is phad-thai with soybeans...and he's even been known to enjoy my suhi from time to time! He loves fruits and veggies...(and ice cream and hot dogs too lol...)

I just never would have thought a year ago he would be such a great eater. And we nursed until he was two! *gasp*

LOL! I'm not really sure about weird things for my 2 year old. I guess that the fact that she loves those gerber graduates raviolis (that are bland as can be) and the diced carrots from the jar too (that are equally as bland) is kind of weird. I mean she will not touch cooked carrots or raviolis that I make....but she will gobble these bland toddler ones down. At least she is eating healthy I guess.

I don't think it's too weird, but my 8-month-old loves asparagus (cut into finger-food.)

One of Ellie's first foods was lemongrass chicken. She loves Thai food, Chinese food, Mexican food (good thing, since daddy is half).. She does not really like many of the 'typical' toddler and kid foods. No crackers, no banana, and very rarely will eat things like apple, pb and j, toast, eggs, cereal, hot dogs.. She's wierd. Her favorite snacks are Pirate's Booty, raisins, dried strawberries (likes fresh ones too), cheese... and that's about it.

My ds who just turned two today is an AWFUL eater. We usually let the birthady person pick the dinner and it's pizza tonight...lol. He really only eats things with red sauce on them. Shhh...don't tell him under that mass of red sauce is brocolli

My 2 year old loves salad. Which I don't think is too weird but apparently some are a little shocked.

She is also likes salsa and chili.

She eats pretty well now which is impressive to me because she used to be such a PICKY eater. I've pretty much left her alone though and that seems to have helped.

Last night for dinner, my 16 month old DS ate 2 fried chicken legs, half of a twice baked potato and about 1/2 cup of carrots. Then had a banana and graham crackers for an evening snack.

It amazes me that he still is under 20lbs!

My 2 yr old won't eat salad, but loves Terryaki Salmon, Miso Soup, Pad Thai and Tom KA Gai (Thai Coconut Soup)! He also likes shredded wheat with frozen blueberries. He is somewhat picky, but I can always count on him eating those things.
