Still good: milk in aseptic packaging?
I have a bunch of individual Organic Valley vanilla milks in the individual aseptic cartons. Use by date is Jan 26 '12. I don't think I'll feed to the kids, but don't want to waste it. Can I still use it? If so, how; baking maybe? Thanks!

Yeah baking with it is fine you can even add a little vinegar when you are using it for baking if you need sour milk.
