What's wrong with my brand new FBs??
Recently I filed a delaminating PUL ticket to have my year old medium perfect size Fuzzibunz replaced. The claim was accepted and three new medium FB perfect size were sent to me. After just two or three wash and wears it looks like the elastic is wearing out. That said, until it's 100% shot it's generally not apparent to me so I'm not sure this is truly an issue but it sure looks like one. The light blue 'Tutti Frutti' diaper is the new diaper and the daisy and pink are over a year old. See how stretched the leg elastic looks? The diaper is quite a bit longer than my old ones, too. My older diapers are used in a rotation of about 10 on a weekly basis (our night diapers) and are all washed the same way. Should I talk to FB customer service and have these replaced with the warranty or is this normal? BTW, these are my first ever brand new diapers so I'm a little disappointed!

Re: What's wrong with my brand new FBs??
Is your new one made in turkey? I have a newer spearment PF med FB made in turkey and the elastic is definately sewn looser than my other older made in china fb. It's fine for my toddler, but at the lower end of the wieght range, I could definately seeing it being a problem. Maybe send FB customer service your pics and see what they have to say?

Its hard to tell elastic shape in any pic, but I agree with the previous postsd. If you are worried send then an email, but the new, turkey-made ones are different in size and I feel the elastic is looser, too. Med and larg bigger, xsmall smaller from what I have read on here (my smalls are the same). They are equal to the old style pointy tab ones I have.

I had super loose elastic with replaced fuzzi bunz too. Only in the sized mediums not in the one size. I really dislike the made in turkey ones and feel like they are harder to stuff too.
