Definitely wear one or both. I use two Beco Geminis (similar to an ergo, but slightly different features). Mommy Sandwich is the only way to go!

Ya I called it the twice an hour shuffle! For the boppys, safety pin the ends together to make it more of a doughnut. Put their butt in the whole and their legs over the pinned portion. This way they don't slide down and end up flat. Oh and get a playmat with toys arches to put them under. I got one with lights and music and it was a God send at that age! I had one that tolerated being worn but the other would have none of it so don't expect it to work for both! For us the 'better' came about 8-9 mo actual age, but they just now started sleeping better at 17mo so that had a lot to do with the crappiness factor.
