Elastic issues - help!

Our diapers are starting to have some significant gaps around the legs - the elastic is feeling a bit looser, but still has stretch left (so not shot, right?) Does anyone know if I should open it up and tighten the elastic a bit - or try to replace the whole piece? I'm not much of a seamstress, so both options feel a bit daunting and time consuming!!!
Thanks mamas!!

Re: Elastic issues - help!

I would replace the whole piece. Even if it's not shot but it is lax it will be shot soon if you keep using it like that. If you don't know how to replace it I would look into sending it in to someone on here, I'm sure there are lots of great Mamas that could help.

Thanks for the idea!
