bottle preference in 6 mos old

It started as a nursing strike and now it seems to be turned into bottle preference with possible nipple confusion She has been striking the left boob for 1.5 wks and for the most part only nursing on the right, but my supply never caught up so I had to supplement with bottles. Now, she will only nurse for a couple minutes and then be done and want the bottle...or not nurse at all My supply has dropped dramatically and I really don't like giving her formula, so I really need to get her back to breast. I've started Fenugreek and am starting Blessed Thistle. I'm thinking about getting some domperidone and I've started pumping after every feeding/ever 2 hours. Any suggestions on how to get her back to breast? I. HATE. BOTTLES!!!

What do you think brought on the nursing strike in the first place? Is she eating solids?

What about bottle first then switch to boob after an oz or so? Lots of skin to skin. Wear her in a sling. Take a bath together. Sleep next to her and nurse when she's half asleep. Good luck.

No solids yet. I'm not sure what brought on the strike. She doesn't appear to be cutting any teeth.

Re: bottle preference in 6 mos old

DS was having issues the other week nursing on one side. I found when I changed his position on that side (left) so he was laying like he does when he nurses on the right, he nursed on the left side fully. He was getting over a cold and was teething so I don't know if it was pressure causing pain when he laid a certain way but he is back to normal now. So, I guess my suggestion would be to change how you position her to see if that helps at all.
