Re: It is offical! The farm is ours!!!

My parents' friend with when they lived on the farm, had the farmer walk in from the garage into a mud room complete with a full bathroom for showering off the yucky farm smells. Course than the kitchen was on the other side of the house...

The cubbies were for all of us, kids' clothes (we had one vertical row each) and the bars were for our dress clothes and things that needed hung up. The other wall had the washer/dryer and dirty clothes hampers against it. That left just towels and rags for mom to have to go out of the room to put away. There was a long bench in the room and girls went in first to get dressed in the morning, then the boys. Mom also had 2 huge tubs of socks in there (she refused to match socks and so we just dug through them to find a match). I want that someday!!! It made mom's life much easier as she hated doing laundry.
I currently have a similar setup. It makes my life SO much easier when it comes to laundry! Mine have three cubbies each right now and share space on a long bar overhead. I'm hoping to do a tower of 5 cubbies, short rod between the first tower and second tower and then continue that pattern.

I have that pinned on pinterest I think! I'm betting we won't actually do it but it is REALLY cool!

Of course you do!!

You ladies with pinterest should share your files with me. I'm getting a lot of great ideas off there.

I'm in Alabama. There are some really big farms out here. The one we are buying is considered small actually for a farmer here. There is a ton of pretty property in the states around me to though! Georgia and Tennessee are two states I go to a lot and they are lovely. Higher taxes kept us from looking there for property though.

Not sure it will count but there will be a tiny room for camping by the pond that is up in the woods.

I'd deliver breakfast
