Apps for toddlers...
I know this has probably been asked a ton already, but what good apps do you have on your iPad/tablet/phone for toddlers. DS will be 2 in April. We are flying to NM on Wednesday and I need stuff to help keep him busy on the plane. I only have two leapfrog music ones on my iPad right now. TIA!

I like the drawing ones. We have a neon light looking one and a whiteboard one.
And I have a little piano one. Can play freely or it'll teach you a few songs.

"Iwritewords" is a winner. It's letter tracing. Also, "Which does not belong" it's just like the sesame street segment. "Ireading" is the best read me a story app I've stumbled across; we have the aesops fables one. and "mermaid" is wonderful beginning math app might be a little advanced but its free : )
Sidenote: when we took the kids to Cali last thanksgiving (6hr flight) I downloaded some video podcasts Sprout to my iPod for Evie 2.5 and it was a lifesaver! |

Re: Apps for toddlers...
I am just getting into putting apps onto my Nook for DD, but "Kneebouncers" has some games that DS loves and are very easy to play. They have a regular website that has some free games, but the rest are by subscription. They have bundled some of their games into apps, ($0.99 for 5 games, I think) and that's what I have.
