What do you mama's plan to do for the baby's nursery???

We are going with monkey's DH loves the idea and it will be green so either way it will fit for boy or girl, although we are really hoping for a boy this time either way we are just elated to be having a baby!!!

What do you got mama's?

No nursery planning here. We have a 2yo and 6mo and the 2yo got a nursery in a ocean theme and the 6mo will be in the same room as him once he move sout of our room. This baby will be in our room until we decide to move as we only have 2 bedroom house.

Monkys sound great though! Could easily go for a boy or girl with different accent colors!

Yea I'm really leaning towards getting a little cosleeper for this little bambino for at least the first few months. I suppose I'd need somewhere for diapers....otherwise, I don't think this baby will have a "room" to itself for a while...sorry no fun!

Re: Nusery

Baby will be in with us for a while in a bassinet - same as we did with Jack - I did have his room ready though before he was born.

This time a round we are likely going to move our oldest (16 years) into the family room that no one uses in the ground floor basement we have. We would then have the babies in 2 rooms on the bedroom level.

I will likely wait to do anything until we find out the sex - I'm not a big pinky kinda person but I do like to genderdize (is that even a word??) the room a bit.

Once we start making the move to move the teen downstairs we will be focused on decorating that room for her for a while so we may not get to the baby's room right away.

Re: Nusery

we're in a one bedroom, so no nursery here either. Right now I'm concentrating on figuring out how the heck I'm going to squeeze another body into our room!

We'll likely buy another set of bunk beds and let the boys each have a top bunk, dd have a bottom bunk and use the other bottom for storage. Then the baby will get dd's crib.

Oy, I have a headache just thinking about it.

Re: Nusery

We've used the same nursery for all three of our boys, so I'm assuming baby #4 will follow that tradition . The walls are pale green, and the room has a dinosaur theme. Nothing major... just one dinosaur sheet for the bed (the other sheets are blue), a dinosaur blanket on the rocking chair, and a dinosaur painting done for DS1 by my best friend.

We only have a three bedroom house, so I'm trying to figure out the room sharing configuration now. DS1 and DS2 share a room right now, and we just recently moved DS3 to the nursery. I'm assuming #4 will be in our room for awhile, and then he'll share a room with DS3. We'll see.

No nursery here either...though I can't wait to drool over every one elses! We have a co-sleeper...then at about 9 months baby just moves into bed with us and stays till about 2-3 yrs old, then moves into bed with a sibling...
