Thanks!

Those 3 drawer things to the right are what I currently have mine in.

Re: How do you store your snaps?

yes...they would slide around unless u have a lot of one color. I started with one drawer thing and now I have the whole closet.....the drawer things to the right are sewing notions the drawers in the floor are for embroidery stuff.....and the pink boxes are patterns....the black & white boxes are more patterns....the fabric is in a huge box behind the file cabinet.

What I like about the hardware drawers....when I'm putting snaps on something I just pull the drawers I need for that project....and replace when finished. Mine are organized by color and type (male, female, and backs)

Hope you find what you need for your space and collection size!

That might work for me, since I need to put them in a drawer now (new house, no sewing room) instead of sitting out.

I would try this because it's clear and each little box can separately seal shut so if you are working on a project you can grab just the bin of the color you need.

Now that's cool! Since they each close separately, I could lay the whole thing in my drawer. Awesome! thank you!

Re: How do you store your snaps?

I recycle the plastic tubs that gerber baby food comes in... Some of the containers I have, I've had for 10 years now... just wash them out good... 200 of one type (caps, sockets, or studs) fit well in one container... then I have them stacked on the bottom tray of a plastic organizer thing...
