Like these:
I've heard this one myself, and it's CLEARLY what's being said. They say it's false yet have no evidence to say it's something else.

And c'mon, this one speaks for itself..
http://www.snopes.com/disney/films/mermaid.asp

I don't see this as being any different. Just more subtle propaganda.
Meh, I'm not much for propaganda. I've seen all these before too. I think if people are noticing stuff like this they may have too much time on their hands

At any rate, even if the toy in the OP thread says support gay marriage, I don't really have an issue with it. It would be no different to me than religious toys saying/doing/promoting certain trains of thoughts.

Oh my gosh I actually attended a church for awhile when I was a teen who whole heartedly believed in this stuff and even did youth group lessons for the teens to show them so we could avoid the evils of it all.

My cousin had the red teletubbie toy that cussed at you. That was pretty funny. but this was like every 4th phrase or something. You could get it to say it over and over again. lol

Stanger things have happened, they ended up recalling the teletubbie. Most likely it was either heard wrong, or the toy wasn't working right(in the case of the teletubbie), and what it said came out sounding like that, but no, I don't believe someone reprogramed it, because they are mass produced.

What kind of toys are they making?!?!

I know how to use capitalization and punctuation. Siri, however, fails
We have that same one!! Once, in the dead of night, it came on and said "Peek-a-boo, I see you". Soooo creepy.

OP, I agree with everyone I don't think it's that phrase. If I recall right there have been accounts of toys that have supposedly said something but it was either faulty or just hard to understand.

Snopes has a couple of stories:

http://www.snopes.com/politics/religion/dolltalk.asp

http://www.snopes.com/disney/films/donald.asp
I call bs on the snopes. I heard it clearly with my own ears not knowing the hype a few years ago before they were pulled from shelves. Another poster put up a link with a recording of it. That was not just baby sounds
