I was coming here to post this same link!!!! Incredibly easy to make the recipes in the book. Sometimes they make it too complicated, but just skip all the theory and go straight to the recipes!

i tried my library but they dont have it....I need to look it up on my NOOK and see what it costs on there!
thanks for all the tips and links ladies! i made some molasses spelt bread...so yummy..but the crust was much too hard.

Are you able to get fresh flour, or grind your own wheat? This is our favourite, everyday kind of bread:

2 cups very warm water
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp lecithin granules
1 Tbsp vital wheat gluten
5-6 cups fresh whole grain wheat flour
1 Tbsp yeast

This makes 2 loaves.
