Postpartum diva cup

I am 7 weeks post partum and AF has returned. Does anyone know if I have to buy a size 2 or can I just keep using my size 1?

I'm not trying to be a dummy, but what changed to make me need a size 2?

Re: Postpartum diva cup

I've had a size two since before I had DD. I didn't notice much change in the fit, so Id try your size 1 before getting another one.

Things are supposedly more stretched out after a vaginal delivery, but probably depends on the person as to how much.

I started with a size 2 after my daughter was born. I think that age makes a difference also, right? You could try a size 1, but I think a size 2 is supposed to work best after pregnancy.

If you already have it, why not give it a try?

Re: Postpartum diva cup

You can always give it a try and see how it works for you. Generally after a pregnancy, things are looser...more stretched out. Your hips change too. The size 2 is larger than the size 1 to accommodate for these and other changes. Ultimately it's your decision. Try the size 1 and see how it works. If you still get a good fit and don't leak around it, then don't worry about sizing up yet. If the fit is too loose and you leak around it on a regular basis, then size up to the 2. Oh and when I say leak, I don't mean waiting too long and overflowing the cup, I mean simply leaking even when the cup isn't full because of a bad fit.

I continued using my Size 1 after ds1 with no problems. It was a vaginal birth and my vagina isn't "roomier"

After my C/S, I was still able to use size 1 just fine. If I were you, I'd try using your size 1 first, but if it is leaky or a bad fit, THEN get a size 2.
