stopping the use of the sleep postioner - questions
I like to think Ethan likes his sleep positioner. Who wouldn't want a foamy pillow?
However, he rolled for the first time from back to belly last night so I think the days of this are numbered. Ironically, his diaper leaked last night after he'd been in bed for a few hours so we had to change his bed and the positioner was wet, so I just took the thing out all together. He had a rough night, but I think its due to a growth spurt. He woke a few times to eat, which he usually doesn't do (he's 5 months by the way). Anyway, he was all over the crib last night, which I guess is normal when the positioner doesn't keep t hem from moving all around.did you have a rough transition? Any tips?

Re: stopping the use of the sleep postioner - questions
definitely will be watching this. I've been thinking of taking Ds's out (he's 3mo, but a tummy sleeper). He likes to ooch his way over to the side of his bassinet and mash his head into the corner. At least his positioner keeps him angled. I'm afraid if he wasn't in it he'd mash his face into the side.
(always amazes me how far he can scoot) |
