It hurts. I'm miserable! How can I treat it? Are there any OTC meds I can take? I'm desperate!

Do you have any other symptoms? I have tummy/GI pain.. and other issues.. and was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. Hopefully it's something simple? Maybe you're sensitive to dairy??

Have you had your allergies checked with a naturopath? Typically that is the easiest way to find out what is upsetting your stomach. Do you take a probiotic? That helps, too!

Ginger tea also helps with gas

Also find that during pregnancy I have to completely eliminate things like gluten or I'll get painful gas.

GasX is safe while pragnant. I hate gas pains, and I always get them early on. Luck for me though they usually go away around the same time as morning sickness.
