best NB fitted

so all I need to finish my NB stash is 6 fitters that are nice and trim for when we go out. I use prefolds and covers at home, and I have 6 SX BG aio and I think I would like 6 fitters of some sort that are a little easier and trimmer then a pre fold when we are at church and families homes. So tell me what you liked and did not like, I have very little to none experience when it comes to fitteds.

For soft and squishy - Goodmamas. But they are pricey.

I love my Kissaluvs 0s. Sized perfectly, have a snap-down. Simple and basic.

Sent from iPhone which is out to get me for some reason that is unbeknownst to me. Via DS Forum. Currently ISO 6 Small BG AIOs in pastel colors, triple switched GMs, Boyish Mutt 3SR, AhMay sets, YN Munki Sushi, Thirsties Colored PFs

I also liked Kissaluvs size 0, although she grew out of the absorbancy before she grew out of them so I just added a hemp doubler.

The Thirsties Duo Fab fitted (new ones) have been fine for us, and are easily available and squishy soft. I have had no leaks with newbie, 1 year old or 3 year old DDs. I think it's more about the cover of you have leaks or not with fitteds, if you have adequate absorbency.

What is your budget? I really like the Graham Bear Wear NB fitteds in my stash, but haven't put them on a baby yet. For the price, GMD workhorse fitteds and Motherease Sandys are nice. The ME Sandys seem like they will fit longer than most of the other NB fitteds. I do prefer snaps to aplix because it holds up so much better.

PS ME Sandys are not trim.

I love, love, loved my NB Mutts. They can be pricey though, as compared to some other fitteds. The quality is fantastic, the fit is fantastic and the resale on Mutt's is great as well.

I don't have my newborn yet but I asked about affordable newborn fitteds a while ago and got great ideas for what to look at. I can try to find the thread. I ended up ordering some Snugglebottoms...they were the most inexpensive for velcro closure that I could find (velcro for my husband...no closure are even cheaper). And a lot of people like them!

ETA here's the thread http://www.diaperswappers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1355116
