If you had something that worked before, stick with it! We moved between kids, so we had to change our stash and washing habits. Since we have hard water, we use only natural (cotton) fabrics. I wash with Country Save (because its the cheapest available for us). Now that DD2 is a toddler, we use a wet pail for poopy diapers that has bac-out in it and a tbsp of bleach in our front loader.

We use Tide Original, but I am not as "crunchy" as some.. so take that for what it's worth!

I use Tide too, just a smaller amount for diapers. I've never had stink or repelling. Maybe I'm just lucky but I'm going to stick with this time too.

I used Tide original as well. I tried many different options and this worked the best for us. Although I may try tiny bubbles this time just to see.

I have used Rockin' Green, Charlie's Soap, and Melalueca laundry detergent. I like them all, but have been sticking to Charlie's Soap for my dipes, since it is cheaper than RG and better for dipes than the Mela. You can get them online, which is great.

Are you all still having luck with the Tide Ultra now that the original has been discontinued?

Re: Which detergent do you use?

I have only used rockin green with diapers. I was gifted a bag before my son was born and just stuck with it. I use one tablespoon per load, sometimes less. A bag lasts a really long time for me. 90 loads or more. Plus Kim at rockin green is very helpful with any questions or concerns, and im glad to support a work at home mom/entepreneur.
