Hi ladies! I'm sorry I have not checked in this month. It has been crazy! My weightloss kind of stalled and I realized it might have been because I wasn't eating enough. So the past week I started eating 1600 cals a day instead of 1200-1400 cals a day and I lost 2lbs! I'm down 25lbs now and would love to lose 25lbs more so I can take a break so DH and I can TTC baby #6.

I haven't been on too much lately. Morning sickness is kicking my butt horribly. It's evening sickness again like it was with DD. But somehow, I'm still managing to eat too much every day...it must be the cravings for the unhealthy stuff, and lack of fruit in the house (I'm craving apples like crazy) that is killing me. I need to get serious and back on track, because my midwife wants me to bring my calories up to maintenace sometime between 13 and 20 weeks (she said she'll determine it based on what I weigh at our first appointment compared to what I weighed at the consultation). Right now she has me at higher calories than I was pre-pregnancy - I think set to lose .5lbs a week, but at the rate I'm eating, I'll be gaining most likely.

Stepped on the scale today for a nice surprise! I lost 2.3 lbs

I was sure I was going to go up for Easter

It's hard when you've got morning sickness and weird things turn your stomach!

Yay! How is that for super awesomeness, eat more and lose weight. That is about what I've been trying to stay at is about 1500 to 1600. It's where I seem to lose the most weight at.

Starting Weight 184.5 (actually was over 195 but not sure exactly where before I "officially" started trying, but I'd been eating healthier for at least a month when I weighted in for the first time.)
Current Weight 163
Short-Term Goal: 15 lbs lost by March 15-MET
Next Short term goal: 20lbs lost by May 3rd- MET 4/13!!!
New Short term goal- break into the 150's (so under 160) by May 1. That will be 24.5lbs lost total.
Long-Term Goal 50-70 lbs. (I'd love to loose 70 lbs because my fame is tiny but I just am afraid to shoot for that much for fear I'll fail, and 50 less would put me at a perfectly healthy weight)
Weight Lost to Date: 21.5lbs.Weight Loss Plan Eat healthy and get my blood sugar under control, track with MFP and moderate excercise.

Could be, I have no clue. I did tend to break platues really well by doing a spike day. So it could have been that, but I've also been consistently under my calories by 1-200 every day this week almost.

And I'm back up a pound today. So much for my awesome loss. I'm hoping it's just because I went for a really long bike ride yesterday and my muscles are retaining water to recover or some such other crazy nonsense. I sure do hope so anyway.

I can list a bunch of "excuses" or reasons, but the truth be told, being a funk s#cks!

I went to the Y today. First time since....well I don't know...probably around the same time I stopped posting. Today's class wasn't as intense as other ones. I remember someone telling me that this instructor wasn't the greatest. I plan on heading there tomorrow as well.

I'll put my stats in a post in a bit. I wanted to say HI! Can't wait to get caught up with all of you.
