?zofran and compozine?

I took a zofran about 4 hrs ago and it's not working at all, does anyone know I'm ok to take a compozine so close to the zofran

compazine? They didn't try the phenergan? I didn't think compazine was "safe" in pregnancy.

I wouldn't take them that close together. You need to take the compazine regularly to get the best results, and the Zofran works more quickly

My OB prescribed both and never said not to take them close together, but I was taking compazine for migraines, not nausea. By the time the migraines picked up, my nausea was pretty much gone.

I only really needed the compazine for a few weeks in the 2nd trimester, but I just called a few weeks ago because I had a killer migraine. The bottle said something about "talk to your provider about 3rd trimester use." She told me again that it was fine to take as needed. I think the concern may be if you're taking it regularly as you get close to delivery because it can cause withdrawals?

I don't think you're supposed to take phenergan and compazine together though?

Zofran only helped me if I took it BEFORE I actually got sick. I was waking myself up at 3 am to take a dose so it would be in my system already when I got up for work at 6 am.

It's fine. You can take zofran and phen that close together, no problem.
