Question WWYD-Sell or keep Sbish interlock longies?!

Ok, so I have been seeing older Sbish interlock longies going for A LOT on spots corner this week! I have a small pair (Air), and I am debating selling them or keeping them for new baby due in November. I like them, but they are also in great shape so I'm being tempted by what I see the others going for!

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?!

I sold mine, but I much prefer knit to interlock.

I personally would sell them as long as I could get quite a bit for them. Sorry if that's frowned upon but those green tea sbish were quite high. I would roll with it Mama.

Re: WWYD-Sell or keep Sbish interlock longies?!

It took a lot of guts for me to finally list mine (yes, they are the green tea pair). I never imagined it'd get so high, nor so high so quickly. I posted the link to the auction on the sbish b/s/t facebook page, so I think that's how it got good traffic.

What I did was started the auction for the price I wanted at the very least to get for them. That way I'd at least be making that once a bid was made. Anything after that is just bonus. I think the size of mine, the color, and the batch is partly what is making them so sought after. A size small may not get as high depending on color and batch, but you could always try.

Re: WWYD-Sell or keep Sbish interlock longies?!

I think it just depends on how you feel about the brand and if you need the money or not. Depending on what year air you have they could be worth a lot or very little as some of the 2010 wool doesn't go for much since it's not as soft and squishy. If you love them keep them, because even if you use them with a future baby since they are size small they shouldn't get that much wear and tear with a little one who isn't walking or anything so they will still have great resell value if they are the right year.

I recently sold some small air shorties that were 2010 and only got around $60 for them which was really only about $8 more than I paid when you include shipping and pp fees. I personally still have older sbish interlock and although its nice I have found very comprable interlock recently so I wouldn't pay the ridiculous amount of money they are going for. HTH

I do not have sbish, but if the resale is so high, I would sell and buy cheaper items and get other needed items for baby.

I'd probably sell just b/c interlock is the craze right now but we all know it won't last forever, a year from now it will be something else. Unless you're in love with them, than keep em.

This is one of the reasons I finally decided to sell. I have twin girls and I want to buy cute skirties for them. I'll be able to get quite a few skirties for them after the auction.

This is what I would do and for that reason, too.
