how do gdiapers run?

I'm curious about gdiapers just because they are breathable yet waterproof so I'm wanting to try one on DS. But I'm not sure if I should get a L or XL. He's 30lbs, 3 feet tall. FB mediums are too small, but larges are too big. He can wear BG fully unsnapped. Any mama's out there with kiddos the same size that use gdiapers?

Re: how do gdiapers run?

I'm not aware of any diaper (besides a sposie or rubber pants) that isn't "breathable" ...
But I would suggest a L, as that my nephew uses gDs and is also inbetween FB M and L, hth

Re: how do gdiapers run?

We use gdiapers for daycare. My little guy is 23 months old and weighs 32lbs. He's tall for his age but I can't remember his exact height at the moment. We just switched from large to XL, mainly because he was outgrowing the rise of his larges - he was starting to show a little plumber crack! If your little one is on the tall side, you might want to try the XL's even though he still is within the weight range for the larges - the rise seems to be the limiting factor rather than the waist. Hope that helps!
