Question
Took a bag of bm out of the fridge and put it in warm water. I am going to put it in a bottle. How long will it be good in the bottle? Tia

Re: Question
i think it can be out of the fridge for 8 hours and be fine... not 100% on that.
unless the baby drinks out of the bottle then you have to use it within an hour. i'll take a bag out of the freezer and take it with me in the diaper bag still frozen/thawing and i just make sure i use it within a few hours. HTH

Re: Question
Here's a good document with guidelines:
http://www.leron-line.com/handouts/S...d_Handling.pdf It says that previously refrigerated milk should be kept at room temp no longer than about an hour. Fresh milk that has not yet been refrigerated is good at room temp for up to 6-8 hours. Previously frozen milk is good for 24 hours after thawing.
