We used to mix the bottles ahead of time and let them sit in the fridge so the bubbles would be less. I could never shake a bottle to mix it then give it to ds1 without him spitting up A LOT!

try similac sensitive. it has been wonderful for my daughter. no more spit up, sleepless nights due to gas. the dr. browns didn't work well for her. seemed to make her gassy (odd I know). we use playtex ventaire.

My kids could only use the playtex drop ins...everything else just went too fast for them. Those were more like nursing for them, so they had to work a little more to get the milk instead of it just pouring into their mouths.
