Headaches

I am sooooo tired of the headaches They do go away with Tylenol so according to my dr, they are harmless but I hate taking meds while pregnant. Anyone else suffering? I had them like this during my 1st tri so I'm assuming it is just hormones??

Could be the hydration thing...or more hormone surges as you get closer..

So sorry..

Re: Headaches

Sorry you are dealing with headaches. I had them constantly through the first 2 trimesters and have finally gotten a break from them. They are probably hormone or hydration related

I get awful headaches during my last pregnancies... Excedrine tension headache (aceteminephin + caffeiene) is one of the few things that would touch mine. I was told it was ok by my ob.

Apologizing in advance for iPhone typos/autocorrect

Caffeine helps curb mine. I had given it up, but when I started having regular headaches again, my OB said to try incorporating a bit of caffeine back in.

Re: Headaches

I will definitely try the caffeine. I mainly drink water (almost 3 liters/day) with a cup of regular coffee every morning. Maybe some tea or something in the afternoon will help. Thanks ladies for your suggestions!

Re: Headaches

eww mountain dew and cherry coke! No idea why but since about 12 I have hated pop - & since I have it so very rarely it actually hurts to drink (the fizz)..so thankful cold water is my favourite beverage.
