That's true. I have a tiny kid at 44 pounds and 8.5. However, my 2.5 year old is already 36 pounds. I wouldn't booster her when she hits 40 pounds, since she'll probably only be 4ish.

Tell me the reasons why you'd get it? Sheer curiosity... My oldest is 5 and we're always looking at carseat options (he's around 43 lbs). Right now the baby is in a bucket and the older two are in convertibles with plenty of FFing growing room.

Re: Kiddy World Plus Car Seat

For me personally I would not get it. It seems almost like paying 300 for a seat that 'harnesses' to 40lbs. The scenera harnesses to 40lbs. Lots of kids will hit 40lbs before they should be in a booster IMO. But I am sure there may be situations that this could be a good seat. I don't like it though, reminds me too much of the shield booster my sister had when she was a toddler 16 yrs ago. I KNOW it is different, but I can't get past it.

I'd get it simply because I think it is cool and easy to use. There is nothing to adjust for multiple children to use the seat. However, I would not use it unless I had LATCH. With a seatbelt install, it looks like a PITA.

I think this would be a great extra/carpool seat to keep in the car.

There is the butt pad that needs to be adjusted based on the child's size.
